The University of Pannonia [1] is operating in the picturesque cities on the lands of the former Roman province, Pannonia. The centre of the university is located in Veszprém, 15 kilometers from the biggest sweet water lake of Central Europe, the Lake Balaton. Veszprém and the Balaton region were awarded the title of European Capital of Culture 2023 [2].
The five faculties of the university offer high quality education supported by cutting edge research activity and student friendly environment. The Tourism Department, the organiser of the conference is the part of the Faculty of Business and Economics. The Faculty of Business and Economics [3], University of Pannonia was the first ever faculty to receive the Higher Education Quality Award for the faculties in 2008. The University of Pannonia’s Department of Tourism is among the best tourism education centers of Hungary. The department’s staff is committed to high-quality education and research [4], and regularly organizes conferences for professionals.
The conference will be held at building “B” of the University of Pannonia in Veszprém (Veszprém, Egyetem Street 10, 8200.) The welcome reception takes place at the ground floor, the presentations and other parts of the conference will be held at the 2nd floor of the building. You can easily reach the University of Pannonia from the railway-station and from the coach-station with bus Number 4 or 4A. Here you can find the exact time table of bus Number 4:

The nearest stop is the Hóvirág utca which is about 5-minute walk from the University. The ticket costs 330 HUF if you buy it directly from the driver.
